Life Comes At Ya Fast...

Roland has ankle problems.  We ran the 4th of July 10K and afterwards Rol could not even walk (seriously though, we had to forfeit our 3v3 semi-final game due to lack of walking ability).  Long story short, Roland has bad ankles (it's genetic...you are welcome future kids) and we need to find alternative sources of exercise, so we picked up biking. Bought ourselves some sweet new road bikes and all the snazzy gear. So if you see us crusin around town on our sweet white Felt bikes, don't be surprised.

Brother and Sister Christensen are hereby called to serve in the...Sharon 1st Ward CTR 7 class!  I have been teaching it for sometime now, and Roland just barely got called to join me!  It is a fun age because they are young enough that they still give the right answer when you ask a question, and old enough that they know the right answer when you ask a question!

I am coaching a Celtic Storm team!  I played for Celtic Storm so many years ago, and am now coaching one!  This weekend we played in our first tournament, the Utah Invitational--and we WON it!  The girls faces just lit up when that final whistle blew, it was seriously like Christmas in July.  One of the girls came up to me after and said this was her first medal and she wanted to wear it the whole weekend.  They are seriously adorable.

Some not-so-new news, Roland is decided to go to law school.  He spent that last few months studying for the lsat and took it a little while ago.  We were notified recently of his score and he did really well!  This was such a blessing, and relief for us.  Now we just wait to apply for schools and find out where we get accepted and then decide where we are going to head off to.  Life really does come at you fast.
